Mister Hubbs and I have some pretty awesome friends, kelli and landon are some of our very favorites. They are too fun, and we have known them for years. So, why am I discussing this fabulous couple? Well, they are my newest clients! Mister Hubbs and I went to check out the lovely abode they are building in James Hill, Ross Bridge a few weeks ago- and I have been obsessing over their new diggs ever since.

what they need & want... what to consider...
Kelli and Landon love to entertain, love Auburn Football War Eagle! and love their two girls, Sadie and Lilly.... These were the things to consider while picking out materials for the living room. Kelli wanted lots of comfortable seating around the tv, and something that could disguise any husky hair that may be floating around the house :) Mister Hubbs and I have a lab and a cocker spaniel, so we feel their pain!
their style...
While shopping with Kelli and Landon, it was easy to see that they were both gravitating toward rustic & industrial pieces, as well as oversized, super plush chairs and sofas... they have great taste, which makes this even more fun! Kelli was picking up lots of soft, linens in cool greys and creamy tones. Also, these two are not scared to make a statement... so I knew I could pull in some fun pieces!

the floor plan...
It's open! The living space opens up to the dining space and kitchen, perfect for entertaining! The floor plan that I pulled from the website is backwards, but use your imagination... and check out my version with the pieces they picked out below.
