In the famous words of Rachel Zoe (new season began last night)-- I die. Over what you ask? Well, it's not Chanel or Alexander McQueen... it's designer Erika of Urban Grace. This girl is major. **If you don't watch Rachel Zoe, just ignore all of the ridiculous verbage** As I was saying... this girl has a serious kind of talent for creating beautiful spaces with so much attention to detail. I feel like Rachel Zoe flipping through the Versace look book... moaning and groaning over fabulous image after fabulous image.... but instead of Versace, I am gasping over Erika's latest work in Memphis, TN.

Try not to pee your pants...

These sconces are so beautiful in the space-- they add repetition and balance in between the french doors and the fireplace. How about that killer molding above the doors? major. This entire wall will be quite the feature!
transoms above the doors-- that's what you get when you have an older home... charm out the whazoo... and that molding again... so much precious detail!
look at all of those yummy built-ins... I can only imagine all of the pretty things that will live in them! The light fixture is big enough to make a statement... but so airy that it doesn't feel like it's too big for the space.
it's all about the details... break me off a piece of that.... please!
good-gosh... the door knob/lock.... super fab.
I love how this is an older home with painted moldings (modern touch) and very relevant wallpaper... I also LOVE the chair rail around the space... the proportions are unexpected and so lovely!
copper, copper, copper... yes please!
look at those upper cabinets... they draw your eye straight up! Also... the light fixtures are so industrial... they are such a nice contrast to the glamorous and light marble countertops.
love the "feet" on all of the cabinetry. It makes this kitchen feel like it's comprised of beautiful pieces of furniture...  and as you all already know... I love the faucet... kind of reminds me of my little beauty!

future backsplash? fab.
sweet, little bathroom with lovely black tile design...
another beautiful bathroom with a similar floor pattern... I love that it doesn't "match" but that the pattern is so similar...

black french doors leading to an outrageously lush master bathroom...

the tile work in this space is to DIE for. Also, check out the chandelier... it's SO sweet and delicate... such a beautiful touch over that lusty little tub!
the faucet is going to come out of the wall. enough said.

like I said, the tile in this room is amazing.

love the timeless, classic details in the fixtures.

again... the transoms are so lovely- and that intake vent is

close-up...

other precious details...

I can't wait to see this home complete... what a luscious space it will be. Have a major day all...
