I am pretty good with a drill now-- and I couldn't be happier with my final selection. These beauties were under budget, and they match the faucet and sink, which I love. These pulls & knobs also pack a ton of personality! I am so glad that I did a combination of 3 styles. Also- those dangling knobs <i>(not really sure what to call them)</i> they're my FAVORITE! I have wanted one of these for quite some time- but the price was always an issue for me. Also- I wasn't sure how to clean an animal hide. <i>THIS</i> cowhide is fake, that's right... it's a faux cowhide. Yes- I said it, brilliance. I just had the greatest idea... and please, don't anyone tell me if you have already thought of this... (kidding of course! kind of.) I have always loved the idea of framing the postage stamps from my wedding invitations.... I am thinking they would look great in our <a href="http://abodelove.blogspot.com/2010/10/master-monday.html">Master Bedroom</a>.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;">I used these! I love, love the deep jewel tones and the glamour of these Hollywood stars! I feel that they will look great with the tufted bed and blue, velvet drapes. kitchen hardware revisited

I have finally, finally made a decision on my hardware for the kitchen. Well... I went back to the drawing board. I looked at what is currently living in my kitchen's abode that I love... yes, my <a href="http://abodelove.blogspot.com/2010/08/fab-faucet.html">faucet and sink</a> combination. Why abandon that beautiful brushed nickel finish? I ordered a BUNCH of different samples (which is what I should have done from the beginning) and I loved these the most. The last little dangling pull is what sold me on this combination. I cannot wait to get them all in the mail! I will post as soon as I have them installed.<br /><br />Another problem I ran into... t<a href="http://abodelove.blogspot.com/2010/10/cabinet-hardware-help.html">he knobs and pulls from Anthropologie</a> that would have put me and Mr.Hubbs in the poor house would have been too large for my upper cabinets. The knobs are a lot bigger than you would think.... thank goodness that option wouldn't have worked! Also-- I would have had to order a lot more knobs than handles... <i>which I wasn't crazy about</i>, because of the insane price!<br /><br />Thanks to all of my abode lovers for referencing tons of different places to get hardware! I poured over every knob and pull in this country, I'm sure!
