Hello abode lovers! First of all, don't worry, I have BIG plans to clean the abode this afternoon so that I can take photos of my new, super fabulous rug that all of you have made me fall in love with thanks to all of the encouraging comments. Hooray, I sure do love feeling good about my splurge of a purchase. I also have another little surprise to share with you that I'm pretty pumped about-- so cleaning MUST happen this afternoon. If not, I am one stinkin' lazy bum. I mean, I meant to clean earlier this week- the abode is covered in dog hair- so this must happen.

Anyway, a few weeks ago I blogged about these moth paintings, both 12"x12" on wood-- Well, one of them sold and I just sent it off in the mail today! I also finished the other moth painting and wanted to share it with all of you! It has a brighter color palette with a bit more contrast. I love her, but as I mentioned before, these beauties will not fit on the walls at the abode.... so they are in need of someone else's lovely abode!
